Inquiries and address checking

When you send an inquiry, we receive the information you enter: your name, email, optional phone number, mailing address, inquiry type, program interest and message. We use it to respond, maintain our inquiry records, check address completeness and investigate delivery problems. Address checking does not establish land ownership, applicant eligibility or parcel boundaries.

Our site uses Netlify for hosting and server processing, HubSpot for inquiry and contact records, and Google services for address suggestions and validation. Address text you type during lookup or submit for verification is sent to Google. You review and confirm the returned address before sending your inquiry.

Technical and measurement information

Our hosting and CRM services process technical information such as request times, browser information and page activity. With your analytics-cookie permission, we use HubSpot tracking and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website and whether inquiries are successfully received. This measurement may use cookies to recognize a returning browser. Our Google Analytics events do not include the information you enter in the inquiry form or your submission reference. With analytics permission, we measure page visits, basic form progress, clicks on navigation/contact links, and approximate active engagement, and use an approved set of advertising campaign and ad identifiers to understand which campaigns lead to inquiries. We retain that campaign context in the current browser tab for up to 30 minutes and attach it to our inquiry delivery record for up to 90 days. Click identifiers are retained only if you also grant advertising-cookie permission. Other query parameters and contact-link addresses are excluded from application measurement events. Engagement estimates do not establish that someone read a page or is a qualified landowner. You can accept or reject optional cookies and change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the website footer. Your choice does not prevent you from sending an inquiry. Links from advertisements may contain source or campaign identifiers. A campaign identifier or address check is not proof of a person's identity or eligibility.

With both analytics and advertising-cookie permission, approved Google advertising click identifiers and inquiry measurement may be shared with Google to connect advertisements to their results. Advertising personalization remains disabled, and inquiry answers are not sent with these measurement events. Global Privacy Control prevents optional measurement from our Google Analytics module. Rejecting either relevant category prevents its optional collection; changing your choice stops future collection. Internal verification and preview visits are excluded from application analytics where they can be identified.

Communication choices

Sending an inquiry asks us to respond to that inquiry. This website form does not collect an opt-in to recurring text messages or marketing email. To ask about your information or change contact preferences, email info@resptr.com or call 832 554 9991.

Delivery recovery and records

Our delivery-recovery system temporarily keeps an inquiry when delivery is pending or uncertain, so our team can investigate without automatically resending it. Recovery copies are removed after confirmed delivery; unresolved copies are scheduled for removal after seven days. Minimal technical records used to prevent duplicate delivery are scheduled for removal after 90 days. These periods apply to the delivery-recovery system, not to the contact and inquiry records held in HubSpot. Contact us to ask about records or request changes to your information.
