A company you can understand, and trust.
You deserve a partner who treats your land, your time, and your interests with respect. Here's exactly what that looks like.
We succeed only when you do.
Most infrastructure companies see a landowner as an obstacle between them and their objective. We see the opposite: the landowner is at the heart of infrastructure. So we structure our proposals so that your benefit and ours move together, not in opposition.
That principle shapes everything for us: how we explain terms, how we set payments, and how we stay accountable long after the ink is dry.
We only bring you opportunities that fit you.
We use our proprietary data and analytics to understand whether a project is a real fit for your land and your goals.
No fine print. No surprises.
You'll know what you're signing
Our terms are in plain language — what we're asking for, for how long, and what you get in return.
Payments structured around you
We offer structured passive income programs and partner with financial advisory services to help you plan for your financial future.
Your land, respected
We utilize industry-leading construction, restoration, and maintenance programs to ensure your land is respected throughout.
Accountable for the long run
Our commitment doesn't end at signing. We stay accountable through the life of our operations, with a real point of contact you can reach.
The honest answers, up front.
What exactly am I committing to when we first talk?
Nothing. While we would love to work with everyone, our team will first work to determine whether there's a match between Resilience's development projects and your interest in various types of infrastructure and the income streams they offer. We use our proprietary data and analytics to find opportunities, so even if we can't achieve your goals today, we will seek out opportunities for you in the future.
How and when do you want to build on my land?
We only progress to construction on a project in which you've decided to participate once we have put all the other key pieces of the puzzle together for the project, including major permits, financing, and commercial agreements. That point is typically called a "final investment decision" or "FID." We will update you regularly as we progress to FID.
What happens to my land during and after construction?
The answer depends on the types of infrastructure you desire to host on your property. We provide detailed descriptions of how land use occurs for each type of infrastructure, and you can review those materials before ever entering an agreement with us.
What if I'm not ready, or want to think it over?
There's no pressure. We'd rather you take the time to be confident in the decision. Reach out whenever you're ready. The conversation costs nothing and carries no obligation.
I'm not in one of your current states. Should I still reach out?
Yes. We're expanding, and we're always glad to hear from landowners across the U.S. Reach out and we'll be honest about whether and when it might fit.
Tell us a little about you.
Let's talk about your future.
No pressure, no obligation. Just a straight conversation about whether Resilience makes sense for you.
